Fees are paid prior to posting and are non refundable.
Cyber City Classifieds, LLC reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account due to any misuse of terms and conditions or violation of any applicable laws and in addition at its sole discretion may suspend access or use of site to any user for any or no reason.
The total liability for Cyber City Classifieds, LLC to you for all claims arising from the use of the website is limited to an amount of $5 or the reimbursement of fee paid for (1) ad placement.
